1. Ticket Booking Reservations
All placed orders are temporarily queued inside the model engine memory block under a status threshold of 'pending'. Users have an allocated timeline boundary window to submit valid payment confirmation records before auto-expiration.
2. Payment Audits and Verification
Transfer proofs uploaded via Telebirr, CBE Birr, or Bank Wire channels are strictly subject to individual validation testing by event staff. Submission of forged or duplicated transaction strings results in immediate profile suspension.
3. Non-Refundable Nature
Once a registration transaction transitions to 'confirmed' status and tickets spawn valid distinct entry tokens, cancellations cannot be reverse-engineered or refunded.
4. Gate Verification Tokens
Each QR code is structurally atomic and validates only once at the gate entry check-in scanners. Duplicated screenshots will fail matching security constraints inside our live verification nodes.
